Heidi is the Principal of H MCCULLOCH SOLUTION DESIGN. A human-centered strategist, Heidi is engaged to deliver intelligence, insight and inspiration to Canada's largest corporations. Her almost twenty years of professional work experience includes six years at MacLaren McCann Toronto, most recently as the Vice President and Senior Strategic Planner. An entrepreneur at heart, past experiences include the transformation of a 10-room boutique Inn in downtown Old Oakville and two years working as an independent qualitative researcher. Her start was on the client-side of marketing communications with Newcourt Financial and The Sutton Place Hotel Toronto. She is a sessional instructor in the Faculty of Design at OCAD University, as well as a student of the Masters of Design in Strategic Foresight and Innovation, also at OCAD University.
